Featured Projects

  • Bligh Park

Strategically located between two roundabouts at the intersections of Richmond Road, The Northern Road, Blacktown Road and George Street, the property benefits from a high level of exposure and passing traffic.

This was a challenging site as we acquired a flood affected fish farm covered in ponds, and converted it to a mix of top tier national fast food retailers and our own childcare centre.

Key Tenants: Oporto, Guzman y Gomez, Hungry Jacks, Harry’s Café de Wheels, Kiddiwinks Childcare
    Completed: 2020
    Value: $20m

  • North Penrith

We worked with Kennards to take a blank canvas of vacant land and turn it into an extension of the existing storage facility and capitalise on the frontage to Castlereagh Road by introducing national fast food retailers.

Council’s LEP provided a very narrow scope of planning controls and zone objectives so the DA was challenging, however the project was delivered with the result being top performing stores for the operators.

Key Tenants: Starbucks, Oporto, Zambrero, Kennards
    Completed: 2019
    Value: $12m

  • Bomaderry

We acquired an existing motel which had over 200m frontage to the Princes Highway on a stretch of highway which was being upgraded between Bomaderry and Berry. As Albion Park Rail was to be by-passed, we knew this would be the first and last fuel and fast food stop on the highway travelling to or from Sydney. Developed over 3 stages, the project was completed in 2022 with the addition of the final tenant being Hungry Jacks.

Key Tenants: Viva (Shell) Truck Stop, Red Rooster, Elephant Wash, Dominos, Harry’s Café de Wheels, Bridgestone, Hungry Jacks
Completed: 2020-2022 (under development - staged)
    Value: $17.5m

  • Greystanes

A narrow stretch of land squeezed between the M4 motorway and Great Western Highway kept our architects on their toes and our tenants working with us to utilise every inch of the site. The property represents the pinnacle of A grade tenants in convenience retail with McDonalds and 7Eleven making for the ultimate combination.

Key Tenants: McDonalds, 7Eleven, Harry’s Café de Wheels
    Completed: 2019
    Value: $15m

  • Yagoona

Built on the same site as the first McDonalds in Australia, we were incredibly proud to be a part of history with the opening coinciding with McDonald’s 50 years anniversary in Australia. The store was opened by McDonald’s CEO, and burgers were sold for the original 20 cents as they were in 1971.

    Key Tenants: McDonalds
    Completed: 2021
    Value: $7m

  • Marsden Park

Our first foray into Marsden Park was when there was a single carriageway road and the area still had roadside vendors selling fruit and vegetables. Since then we have undertaken several more projects along Richmond Road, where the farmers have been replaced by IKEA, Costco and Bunnings and traffic is expected to peak at 110,000 vehicles per day once the precinct is fully developed.

Key Tenants: 7Eleven, Starbucks, Oporto, Gym
    Completed: 2017
    Value: $24m
