The Isaac family office encompasses investments across convenience retail, hospitality and education.

Our family has a long history in the retail industry spanning 50 years, with a strong focus on long-term, generational investment.

The family's foray into retail development started with Tony Isaac, who pioneered retail development of neighbourhood and sub-regional shopping centres through the 1970’s and 1980’s, and was integral in the expansion of Coles and Kmart during this period. Subsequent to this Tony spearheaded the expansion of many Woolworths supermarkets during the 1990’s and sat on Woolworth’s Property Division board.

In 2013, Tony’s two sons Ben & Jono launched their own retail development company with their first 7Eleven service station completed the following year.

Since then, Ben and Jono have led a significant expansion with approximately $1 billion worth of projects in the pipeline.

The Group’s core focus is convenience retail assets in metropolitan centres along the east coast of Australia. The family hold long term strategic positions as they seek to grow the portfolio within this sector.
